Phone calls and texts
Our phone number is a call-tracking number. Calls may be recorded for quality and training, and California law requires that both parties consent to recording, so you will hear a notice at the start of every call. If you do not want the call recorded, say so and we will continue without recording or call you back from a line that does not record. Call-tracking records include the caller's number, the time, duration, and the recording. We keep them for [RETENTION PERIOD] and do not sell them.
Booking form
The form on this site sends your name, phone number, ZIP, and job details to us by email so we can call you back. We use it only to schedule and perform the work you asked about. We do not add you to a marketing list.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to see which pages are visited and which buttons are tapped, so we can improve the site. It sets cookies in your browser. You can block them with a browser setting or an extension, and the site works the same without them. We do not run advertising trackers or sell browsing data.
Hosting and security
The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes request logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) to deliver the site and block abuse. The booking endpoint is protected against automated submissions.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or opt out of recording, by contacting [email protected] or the phone number on the contact page. California residents have the rights described in the California Consumer Privacy Act to the extent it applies to a business of our size.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
